A quotation becomes binding only after BlackLine Executive confirms the journey details and price in writing or through an agreed electronic channel.<\/p>\n<h2>Prices and changes<\/h2>\n<p>Published prices are indicative \u201cfrom\u201d prices unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may depend on route, time, waiting, parking, tolls, airport fees, international costs and agreed requirements. Changes requested after confirmation may lead to a revised price.<\/p>\n<h2>Passenger responsibilities and delays<\/h2>\n<p>Clients should provide accurate booking details and reasonable travel time. Traffic, road closures, weather, border controls, flight disruptions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect journey time. Clients are responsible for damage intentionally or negligently caused by passengers beyond normal use.<\/p>\n<h2>Professional partners and liability<\/h2>\n<p>Where necessary, a suitable professional partner may be used to fulfil a confirmed service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
