These terms apply to chauffeur and transfer services provided by BlackLine Executive EOOD, UIC 208878977.
Quotations and bookings
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A quotation becomes binding only after BlackLine Executive confirms the journey details and price in writing or through an agreed electronic channel.
Prices and changes
Published prices are indicative “from” prices unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may depend on route, time, waiting, parking, tolls, airport fees, international costs and agreed requirements. Changes requested after confirmation may lead to a revised price.
Passenger responsibilities and delays
Clients should provide accurate booking details and reasonable travel time. Traffic, road closures, weather, border controls, flight disruptions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect journey time. Clients are responsible for damage intentionally or negligently caused by passengers beyond normal use.
Professional partners and liability
Where necessary, a suitable professional partner may be used to fulfil a confirmed service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, BlackLine Executive is not responsible for indirect losses caused by events outside reasonable control.
Law and contact
Applicable Bulgarian and EU law governs these terms; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
